Video to Live Clips is operated by Rudeus LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Video to Live Clips mobile application (the "App").

Short version: Video to Live Clips does not require an account, does not operate a user-data server, and processes selected videos on your device. Your videos stay under your control.

1. Information the App Accesses

1.1 Selected Videos

When you choose a video from your Photos library, the App accesses the selected video so it can display a preview, create timeline thumbnails, trim the selected section, adjust speed, and export a Live Photo.

• The App only accesses videos you choose through the iOS photo picker.
• Video processing is performed on your device.
• We do not upload your selected videos to our servers.

1.2 Photos Library Saving

With your permission, the App saves exported Live Photos to your Photos library. This permission is used to write the finished Live Photo to your device.

1.3 Purchase Status

The App uses Apple StoreKit to offer a one-time in-app purchase for unlimited exports. Purchase and payment information is handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

1.4 App Preferences

The App may store basic preferences locally on your device, such as whether onboarding has been shown and whether the free export has been used. These preferences are stored on device using iOS storage.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Video to Live Clips does not collect:

• User accounts or passwords
• Contacts
• Location data
• Messages or communications
• Browsing history
• Videos you did not select
• Payment card details

3. How Information Is Used

Information accessed by the App is used to provide the App's core features:

• Importing a user-selected video
• Showing a preview and timeline thumbnails
• Trimming and changing clip speed
• Exporting and saving a Live Photo
• Checking purchase status for unlimited exports

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Since selected videos are processed on device and not uploaded to our servers, we do not have copies of your videos to share.

The App uses Apple frameworks and services, including Photos and StoreKit. Your use of Apple services is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Exported Live Photos remain in your Photos library until you delete them. Local App preferences remain on your device while the App is installed. You can remove local App data by deleting the App from your device.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
