These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Video to Live Clips, a mobile application operated by Rudeus LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the App

Video to Live Clips is a utility app that lets users select videos, trim a section, adjust speed, preview the result, and export a Live Photo to the Photos library.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos and photos you select, edit, or export using the App. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to use and share any content you process with the App.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, invade privacy rights, or create or distribute unlawful content.

4. In-App Purchases

The App may include one free export. After the free export, unlimited exports may require a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase.

• Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• We do not store your payment card information.
• Purchases are associated with your Apple ID and subject to Apple's App Store terms.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policies.

5. App Availability and Limitations

The App is provided for convenience and may not work with every video format, device, operating system version, social platform, or third-party app workflow. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. No Platform Affiliation

Video to Live Clips is an independent app from Rudeus LLC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TikTok, CapCut, Instagram, Apple, or any other third-party platform, except that it uses Apple-provided iOS frameworks to operate on Apple devices.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, website, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Rudeus LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every workflow.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rudeus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchase.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
